CUSTOMIZATION AND SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Customizations made on stock items such as adding engraving, stamping, resizing or changing the item in any way is non-refundable once the change has been made. Resizing is free of charge on rings purchased at full retail (that can be resized) if the resizing is requested within 30 days of the initial purchase. Resizing on discounted rings may vary.
Special orders are items that are not typically stocked such as non-standard sizes, various stone colors and metals, made-to-order products (such as monograms), etc. Special orders are non-refundable and are not typically discounted or included in any sales.
Customized, engraved, and special ordered items can expect longer turn around periods before shipping for delivery. These types of order periods vary depending on type of work, materials requested, and what vendor the item is ordered from.
