ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS, ALL THE TIME! (Exclusions apply)

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-6 business days after receipt of your order. All shipping options available through Finks.com are insured for the full retail value of the item.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE

  • First-Class Shipping through USPS: Free
  • FedEx Overnight Shipping: $25

Saturday delivery is available upon special request and may be an additional fee. Please contact ecommerce@finks.com for more information and options.

CUSTOMIZED/ENGRAVED ITEMS/SPECIAL ORDERS

Customized, engraved, and special orders can expect longer turn around periods before shipping for delivery. These types of order periods vary depending on type of work, materials requested, and what vendor the item is ordered from.

SHIPMENTS THROUGH USPS: FIRST-CLASS MAIL

All online orders UNDER $1,000 retail value, weighing less than 13oz, and shipping inside the United States are free of charge. If item(s) retails for more than $1,000, we will ship through FedEx overnight free of charge. Tracking numbers are not provided through USPS First-Class Mail and no signature is needed at point of delivery. Packages are insured to up to $1,000 through USPS First-Class Mail.

FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

FedEx Overnight shipping is $25 for online orders. Tracking numbers will not be provided. Signature is required at point of delivery. In most cases, delivery can be expected by 10am following the day after in which the item has been shipped for orders inside the US. FedEx shipping requests made on Fridays will not be shipped unless by special request. Friday orders will be shipped the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking information is not provided due to restrictions with our insurance policy. Because of the value of the merchandise, tracking numbers are not given out to the public in order to prevent potential fraudulent redirects and other activity.  Our shipping department tracks all shipments carefully to insure a safe delivery.
