RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Fink's Jewelers reserves the highest standards for the jewelry we sell to our customers. Our return guidelines are in place to ensure that our merchandise retains its exceptional quality.

 

RETURNS VIA FEDEX

We offer a 15-day money-back return policy from the date of delivery with authorization, original packaging, and web packing slip. Subject to quality control inspection. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please do not attempt to ship items back to us without contacting our eCommerce department to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization code. Custom and special orders cannot be returned.

1. Contact our eCommerce department to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization code. Email ecommerce@finks.com to contact our Customer Service Representatives who will verify your order and help you prepare the item for return.

2. Securely repack your item in the original packaging, including any promotional boxes or bags, certificates, and appraisals included with the item. The item and its original packaging must be shipped in a brown box to ensure safe return.

3. All watches sold by Fink's Jewelers come with a seven day return policy provided the watch has not been worn and is in its original condition.  Any watch that comes with a plastic covering cannot be returned once the plastic has been removed.

4. Include the original sales or gift receipt and the web packing slip with Merchandise Return Authorization code.

5. Attach the shipping label from your web packing slip to the outside front of the box.

6. You will be notified via email when we receive the item and inspect it. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

We offer a 30-day money-back return policy from date of delivery with authorization code, original packaging, and receipt. Subject to quality control inspection.  Custom and special orders cannot be returned.

1. Securely repack your item in the original packaging, including any promotional boxes or bags, certificates, and appraisals included with the item.

2. Bring the item with the original sales or gift receipt into any of our store locations.

3. Our staff will inspect your return and issue a gift card for the amount of the return.

4. All watches sold by Fink's Jewelers come with a seven day return policy provided the watch has not been worn and is in its original condition.  Any watch that comes with a plastic covering cannot be returned once the plastic has been removed.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges at the time of purchase are non-refunable.
